Larvynia Fuataga

Larvynia is a newly admitted lawyer, who has a profound passion in helping and aiding in family relationship disputes. She obtained an Advanced Diploma in Legal Practice before progressing with a Bachelor of Laws at Victoria University and attaining her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Leo Cussen’s Centre for Law. With her rich experience working in legal clinics, pro bono work and giving back to her community, Larvynia understands her clients’emotional navigation through their family and property law matters. Her ability to empathise and cultivate her clients’needs and sentiments are highly regarded.

Larvynia is a first-generation immigrant and prides herself in being the first to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in her family and becoming an Australian Lawyer in the Supreme Court. She is determined to be an advocate and a voice for individuals that are unheard in the pursuit of Justice. She is eager to work alongside her colleagues at Nevett Wilkinson Frawley and continue to build the Family Law practise in conjunction with our Family Law team.

Larvynia is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Ballarat District Law Association and Pasifika Community of Australia.
