Estate Administration Coordinator

Charley joined the firm in 2009 after completing her VCE at Loreto College, Ballarat. Since then, she has worked across several practice areas, giving her a broad understanding of legal administration. After gaining experience in Family Law and Conveyancing, Charley moved into Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estates, and now works as the firm’s Estate Administration Coordinator.

Charley works closely with the Estates team to coordinate workflows, develop and implement procedures, support staff training and help ensure matters progress efficiently. She has extensive experience in estate administration, trust accounting processes, and practice administration, and brings a practical, organised approach to her work.

With over 17 years at the firm, Charley enjoys supporting both clients and colleagues and takes pride in her attention to detail and the reliable support she provides.

Outside the office, she loves spending time with her three children and enjoys Pilates and catching up over coffee.
