Alicia Fitzgerald

Alicia Fitzgerald works predominantly in commercial law.  With over a decade of experience in business, running her own small businesses, mainly in the sporting and entertainment industries, Alicia has a keen understanding of the complexities of the business world, and provides comprehensive legal advice to a diverse range of clients.

Known for her strategic thinking and attention to detail, Alicia assists clients with drafting and negotiating contracts, managing business sales and purchases, and navigating regulatory compliance.  Alicia works closely with businesses to understand their goals and challenges, offering practical solutions that align with their objectives.  Alicia’s ability to foresee potential legal issues and mitigate risks has been instrumental in helping clients achieve long-term success.  Alicia’s expertise includes the precise preparation of mortgage documents, and she works diligently to safeguard the interests of her clients, whether lenders, borrowers or guarantors, providing clear, practical advice on their rights and obligations.

Alicia holds an undergraduate degree and post graduate diploma in psychology from Auckland University and earned her Juris Doctor from Deakin University.

Outside of her professional work, Alicia enjoys exploring Ballarat and surrounds, and spending time with her family.
